Want to learn how to make top quality wines? I became interested in home wine making myself about a year ago. I’d browse the internet for some instructions on how to make wines and came across lots of information. Much of the information I found on home wine making was conflicting. However, I went ahead and used what I thought was the best of all the instructions I had gathered, to start my first batch.
I didn’t personally know anyone who knew how to make wines at the time to get additional tips. When I made my first batch, it resembled wine to the eye but tasted awful. I was determined to get a good batch so I decided to browse the web again for more info on how to make wines. In my search I kept coming across the name of Mike Carraway.
It turned out that Mike Carraway is a master winemaker and has been showing people how to make wines worldwide for over 20 years. However, taking a course on how to make wines from someone of his stature would be out of my range, or so I thought. Eventually I came across a website that was for a home wine making course. It turned out to be one of Mike Carraway’s courses.
As I read along, the course sounded exactly like what I was looking for and the cost was in my range. So I signed up. In the course, I learned many important details on home wine making that I couldn’t find otherwise like, the key differences between using grapes and juices, additives that boost wines flavor, the science of aging wines, and much more.
I’ve made quite a few batches since taking Mike Carraway’s home wine making course. Now that I know how to make top quality wines, my friends and I have home wine tastings at my house on a regular basis.
When it comes to learning how to make wines I Highly recommend Mike Carraway’s Home Wine Making Course. Check it out. It’s a wonderful resource!
